The location in the Medina, the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom, the terrace to have breakfast and enjoy the sun and of course Loubna's hospitality and delicious breakfasts.

Beautiful reception area and lots of little nooks for relaxing. The rooms with en suite bathrooms were a great comfort. Most of all the welcome and delicious food prepared by Lala Loubna was stupendous.

We really liked the Ryad and especially the welcome from Loubna. In February it is quite cold, especially in the bathrooms where there is no heating. Breakfast is very nice.
The towels are a little dated and given the price per night, we were hoping to have shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. Ryad well located but a real labyrinth to get there.

The riad is located in the middle of the Medina. Pleasant Moroccan atmosphere. Very quiet location, because it is located in a dead-end street. The pre-booked dinner on the day of arrival consisted of a mix of several Moroccan starters, lamb and chicken tagines. Dessert was tea with a cookie. A really delicious dinner (300 MAD pp), but you can eat out a lot cheaper. Excellent breakfast. We stayed 3 nights. Just enough to experience the Medina.
We went with 3 couples. There are 3 double rooms: 2 rooms with double beds, but also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. If you want to prepare something yourself in this old kitchen, there are few cooking utensils available. A cutting board / dishcloth / garbage bag can't be found, so you can't really leave the kitchen tidy. After a few days we had seen the medina.

HOUSE RULES • Check-in after 11 p.m: a contribution of MAD 100 is required to cover the cost of returning to her house and accompanying by cab the Governess • The Governess must have free access to the entire Riad for daily management • For safety reasons, Guests must close the wooden shutters on the terrace when they go out of the Riad • Saving energy is a priority in Morocco for cost and environmental reasons. Guests are kindly requested to turn off the air-conditioning systems when they leave their rooms. We thank you in advance SERVICES ON REQUEST • Cultural tours of the Medina with sworn guides. Excursions: Meknes/Volubilis/Chefchaouen • Candlelight dinner with traditional Moroccan menu (our selection of wines from the cellar) • Washing machine use: MAD 70 per cycle (the Governess takes care) • Using the fireplace: a contribution of MAD 150 is requested for the purchase of firewood Please inform Dar Eva of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
